    How We Started

    Activity Time was born from real-life frustration. Booking family activities should be simple, but too often, it’s a stressful process— endless WhatsApp messages, chasing confirmations, no reminder emails, scrambling for cash on the morning of an activity, queuing to sign waivers, and trying to coordinate with other parents so kids can participate together. It was clear there had to be a better way.

    At the same time, the reality for providers was just as challenging. Many run their businesses single-handedly, juggling registrations, payments, sign-ins and customer enquiries—leaving little time for what truly matters: creating great experiences for children and families.

    Seeing these challenges from both sides, Activity Time was created to take the stress out of running activities—giving providers an easier way to manage their activity business, connect with customers, and focus on what they do best.
