Insurance Cover

We require each activity provider to declare that they have the appropriate insurance cover in place that is adequate and appropriate for each listed activity. Under our Trust & Safety Policy each provider agrees to produce the appropriate insurance documentation to the Activity Time team, parents and teachers upon direct request. Please report any provider here who does not comply so Activity Time can investigate.

Garda Vetting Certificates

We require each activity provider to declare that they have up-to-date garda vetting certificates for all relevant members of staff for the activities listed on our website. Under our Trust & Safety Policy each provider agrees to produce the appropriate garda vetting documentation to the Activity Time team, parents and teachers upon direct request.

Under current guidelines garda vetting certificates cannot be shared through Activity Time, each request must be directly from the customer to the provider.

Due Diligence

Our declaration system trusts that providers answer our questions honestly. As parents, guardians and teachers you need to use your own judgment to assess each activity, provider and individual situation for your child(ren) to keep them safe.

We welcome any positive or negative feedback about your experience with an activity provider.

Reviews are a great way to share your experience of an activity for other parents. 85% of online users trust reviews like word-of mouth. Providers also see the reviews and can benefit from your positive and negative feedback too. Not all reviews can be published but providers can view all their own reviews on their dashboard.
